Webflow Integration
Connect your Webflow CMS to WinSearch and publish AI-optimized content directly to your collections.
Prerequisites
- Webflow site with CMS enabled
- Webflow account with API access
- WinSearch account with CMS integration enabled
1Generate API Token
- Go to Webflow Dashboard → Account Settings
- Navigate to Integrations tab
- Under API Access, click Generate API Token
- Copy your API token
2Connect in WinSearch
- Open WinSearch and go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Add Webflow Site
- Paste your Webflow API token
- Select your site from the dropdown
- Click Connect
3Select CMS Collection
Choose which Webflow CMS collection to publish to:
- Select your target collection (e.g., "Blog Posts")
- Map WinSearch fields to collection fields
- Save your configuration
Note: Your Webflow collection must have text fields for title and content at minimum. Rich text fields are recommended for best formatting.
Publishing Content
Content published from WinSearch will be added to your collection as:
- Staged: Ready in CMS but not published
- Published: Live on your site immediately
Remember to publish your Webflow site after adding new CMS items if you chose "Staged" status.
Troubleshooting
Can't see my site?
- Ensure your API token has access to the site
- Verify the site has CMS collections set up
- Check that you're on a Webflow plan that includes CMS
